UNFORTUNATELY OUR HOUSE IS NO LONGER SUITABLE FOR US, MY HUSBAND NOW HAS LIMITED MOBILITY AND THE STAIRS ARE PROVING TO BE A PROBLEM, THIS IS WHY WE ARE HAVING TO LOOK FOR AN EXCHANGE FOR A MORE SUITABLE PROPERTY.
THIS AREA IS BECOMING VERY POPULAR BUT REMAINS UNSPOILT WITH BEAUTIFUL SCENERY WITHIN A SHORT DRIVE OR BUS RIDE. EXCELLENT SCHOOLS & FACILITIES FOR CHILDREN. SUPERB HOSPITALS & MEDICAL CENTRES MOSTLY WITH ENGLISH SPEAKING MEDICAL STAFF.
CARTEGENA, LA MANGA GOLF & SEVERAL OTHER SUPERB GOLF COURSES, MAR MENOR HEALTH MUD FLATS, MAZZARON, MURCIA CITY, ESPUNA MOUNTAINS ARE ALL WITHIN EASY REACH. LOS ALCAZARES IS A PERFECT AREA FOR FAMILIES, RETIRED, DISABLED WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE. IT HAS SOMETHING FOR EVERYONE IDEAL FOR PERMANENT LIVING OR HOLIDAYS. CLIMATE AND AIR QUALITY ON THE MAR MENOR IS EXCELLENT FOR WELLBEING AND GOOD HEALTH.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR A PERMANENT PROPERTY SWAP EITHER IN UK OR FOR A SMALLER PROPERTY IN JAVEA, MORAIRA OR DENIA ON THE COSTA BLANCA BUT WE ARE OPEN TO ANY SUGGESTIONS AS WE KNOW SPAIN VERY WELL AND LIKE MANY AREAS.
