We are selling our Timeshare at Alanda Club Marbella,as we do not have the time to take the breaks, due to work commitments.

We have 3 Timeshares at Alanda,which shows how good we think the complex is.

The Timeshare we are selling is a one bedroom club apartment,in Orange Floating time,which sleeps 4 people. The Timeshare is in Phase 4 and the change over day is Friday. Orange floating time is week 6 to week 26 and week 35 to week 46.
The timeshare if purchased direct with Alanda would cost in the region of £1500.
So you can see this is a real bargain!

The whole complex is a great place for couples and families and we have had some great holidays there.Alanda Club Marbella is also a great base,if you want a golfing holiday and the reception has it's own desk where you can book your golfing requirements direct.

The timeshare is owned for life,so can be passed on.
