10 minutes East of La Ceiba, this 3 year old beach home is just waiting for you to move in. We are a one hour boat ride from the Bay Islands for diving, but with all the services and amenities of being on the mainland.
The house is on the Sambo Creek Water System, and we also have a rain capture system plumbed into a 1500 gallon sistern and additionally a shallow water well for irrigation. We are on the public electricity system and the house includes a 8 kw generator for emergencies. The house also includes five split unit air conditioners (36,000 btu, 18,000 btu and three 12,000 btu), 6 burner gas stove with grill, refrigerator, microwave, garbage disposal, water purifier, counter top purified ice maker, curtains, plantation shutters, and furniture. Direct TV and internet are available and there are two satellite dishes for this purpose.
The Bed and Breakfast (operated downstairs where owners have large private home upstairs) has been in operation for a year and is well established.
