The apartment has beds for 4 people: 2 in the bedroom and further 2 in the sofa-bed of the living-room, It includes air conditioner (hot/cold), TV color, vacuum cleaner, washing machine, iron, kitchen with large fridge and refrigerator, electric Owen, cooking gas, pats and potteries, etc. All the environment are finished with curtains and painting.
The apartment also comprises a private car-parking.

The apartment is in a residential zone of Quartu Sant'Elena, very close to the splendid Poetto beach (a 7 km long beach of very white sand and shallow crystalline water, suitable therefore also to the smaller children) and at the same time at just a few minutes by car from Cagliari and many other charming localities of Sardinian southern coast(Capitana, Is Mortorius, Geremeas, Cala Regina, Torre delle Stelle, Solanas, Villasimius, etc.).
In the vicinities of the apartment, at walking distance, there are supermarkets, Banks with Cashcard or ATM facility, bars, restaurants, pizzeria's and groceries. The town's centre and shopping area (with shops, hypermarkets, banks, more restaurants and pizzeria's) is a few blocks away.
This accommodation constitutes the ideal solution either for those who wishes to spend the entire period in the nearest beach, reachable in a few minutes and equipped with all the services (showers, toilets, bars, rent of beach umbrellas, deckchairs and sun-beds) and for those who are looking for a comfortable and suitable base point to explore the un-contaminated landscapes of Sardinia southern Coast, with its countless beaches, coves and inlets, without renouncing to the comforts and facilities of a cosy apartment, located in a calm district but with all the amenities!
