hi, i want to rent my cafe corner inside my shop.. its opened 2 days ago, so its ready to run a really nice cafe,pancake, jacket potato, milk shake, reason for renting is because i understand that i cant do 2 things at 1 time, its a really nice location,5 mins to london bridge ,10 mins to tower bridge, i dont want any premium all i want is £1000. deposit to hold... its a super oppurtinity for some one wants to start up their bussiness without risking their money,, the rent is only £199 a week ,including all the bills, so you just pay me £199 and you can run the cafe,
