I have a stunning Permanent Market Stall in the fashion section of the very busy and famous Portobello Market in West London’s Notting Hill for sale.
I'm only selling it as I can no longer commit to running it due to moving abroad.
Location :
Stall is in the heart of the fashion district of Portobello Market, just about a minute away from Ladbroke Grove Tube Station.
It's located under the Westway so with the permanent roof over your head all year round you won't have to worry about the weather.
About stall and licence:
The stall is about 7ft x 12ft, and you will have some extra space to put away your extra stocks at the back.
There is affordable storage facility available so you can leave your stock over the week.
The sale comes with a lifelong license to sell fashion, gifts and accessories. The license has no expiry and it's yours until you sell it.
The fashion district is only for Saturday, however the management will give you priority as a permanent stall holder if you would like to trade on other days of the week especially on Friday and Sunday.
I sell women's and men's t-shirts I had designed and my average earning was £500 – £1500 (depending on the time of the year)
Once the stall is yours you can choose your direction what you'll sell.
The Value and Cost:
There is £75 per week rent payable.
There is no other hidden extra fees.
Price £3500 includes license fee which covers the transfer fees and public-liability insurance fees and it's yours forever.
