We have a number of private rooms that are suitable for most complementary therapies including Aromatherapy, Indian Head Massage, Crystal Therapy, Hot-stone Massage, Psychotherapy, Counselling and much more. Rooms are available to include either an electrontic treatment bed, static treatment bed or couch.

All rooms are available to book by the hour or monthly to ensure that the right room for you is available for you to use exclusively. Our rates are extremely reasonable and start from just £7.80 (incl. VAT) per hour.

We offer private and secure treatment rooms, staffed reception desk and the centre also has an on-site cafe where clients can wait for their appointment in comfort.

The Lifestyle Centre is the ideal location for mobile therapists to use as a base site
