Me and my partner have a lovely 1 bedroom Groundfloor flat in Basildon. However we are now looking to start a family hence why needing more space lol. The rooms are all a very good size and have been decorated neutrally throughout so who ever moves in could decorate to their own taste :). The property has double glazing, central heating and also very close to shops, bus stops and also within walking distance to the town centre.
Parking is available to the front of the property too. We are very lucky to have lovely neighbours within our block, all of whom are friendly and welcoming. We will be sad to leave but because of wanting to start a family we are needing an extra bedroom.
We would preferably like to stay locally or as close by as possible due to I work in billericay and my partner works in corringham :)
