WARNING! If you have been offered or are thinking about an exchange into a street- CAERNARVON WAY,TROWBRIDGE, CARDIFF,CF3 1TN, please think very carefully! A close family member of mine has lived in that street since it was built 2years ago- and it is a NIGHTMARE! So if you are told- it is a quiet/ friendly/safe/ community based street- this is NOT the case! Please seek advice if you are contemplating an exchange there. The local police- Rumney police station cardiff might be able to help * for example * ask how many times they have been called to assist in that street in the short space of time it has been built. I only urge you to do this as it is unfare to other families to go through what my family member is going through, they are currently saving for a deposit on a home, rather than send another family down that miserable street.
