* NEIGHBOURS, on the one side you have David and Mandy (both in late 40's),he owns his own company and works in france all week (back at weekends),she is a ward sister in birmingham and isn't home untill after 7pm most nights,they keep chinchillas.on the other side you have Lee and Laura (both in mid to late 20's),they have an 18 month old son called Alfie , their second son Harry is 10 weeks,they have no pets.
