3 bed mostyn flintshire wants rural north/west wales

i have a 3 bedroom semi-detached house in a semi rural area 3 miles from the town of holywell.i have a large lounge,a fair size kitchen & back parlour.it is coal central heating & hot water or an immersion for water.(the council will put in oil central heating if wanted,i just chose not to)it has a front garden & a large 91ft garden to the rear.
mostyn is a very quiet area over-looking the dee estuary & has its own primary school,p.office,chippy & shop.

I am looking for a 3 bedroom house in a rural area of the llyn penninsular,or any small village from pwllheli down to aberystwyth.NO towns will be considered.we would also consider any small village in denbighshire,but not anywhere near rhyl or prestatyn.the more rural the area the better.
