I have a lovely 2 bed semi on a private estate in the lovely Northamptonshire village of Woodford. The house is less than 4 years old and I have lived here with my son since it was built. House offers off-road parking for 2 cars, good sized garden with large pation area, 2 large double bedrooms, family bathroom with shower over bath, downstairs cloaks/WC, lounge/diner and kitchen. House is laminated to downstairs, apart from kitchen and WC and stairs, landing and bedrooms are all carpeted.
I am looking for a 2/3 bedroomed house or bungalow, either within 10 miles of Coalville or by the sea (anywhere coastal considered).
