I have a wonderfull newly built 2 bedroom top floor apartment in Kippax Leeds, which i would like to swap for a 2 bedroom house within the east leeds area.
The building is just over a year old so boasts very modern interior and external features. The building is just two minutes walk from the local high street, and a 5 minute car drive to the A1/M1 motorway.
The building is situated next to the grounds of a historic 17th century church for added character.
This apartment is a delight to look at both internally and externally and would greatly suit a professional couple or single.
