please check me out i need ur help !

i have a 3 bed cottage in ashbury road battersea, it has 2 double rooms and 1 single, downstairs bathroom, kitchen and living room which is small but cosy.
the house is a peabody property, it has GCH, no double glazing but does have sash windows and fireplace in living room. the rent is £113.44 per week and doesn't include any other bills.
you have clapham junction, clapham common, battersea park and shops all within a ten minute walk, the g1 bus runs from the end of the street, there are plenty of schools nearby.
the house has a medium sized garden which gets plenty of sun and there is on street parking available outside of property, the house does require some decoration but is in general good condition.

i need a 3/4 bed property in the wandsworth area, as close to the brocklebank estate as possible as i care for elderly parents and need to be closer to them. i have lived in my house for 7 years and have good neighbours and it is very quiet here so will be sorry to leave.
would like GCH and double glazing if poss., but not worried about much else. but need to move asap, if you can help great but NO TIME WASTERS PLEASE .
