We are on the 3rd floor corner flat, brand new lifts installed great gardens, a very nice pleasent area to live.
Pimlico is like a village in the heart of Westminster, everything is on your doorstep. No need for a car has we are in between 3 tube stations Victoria, Pimlico, Sloane Square.
There is a 24 hour bus stop outside the building which will take you to the West End, Trafalgar Square in 10 minutes.

Walking distance to all main attractions and central London parks.
London Eye, Downing Street, Buckingham Palace, Big Ben, Battersea Park, Hyde Park, St James Park, etc, etc.

Shopping Kings Road Chelsea, Harrods, Oxford Street, Bond Street, we walk to all these areas.

Probably the best and safest place to live in London. We have a great Primary School, and a brand new Pimlico Acadamy secondary School only 5 mins walk from flat. You can see the New Years London eye fireworks from the Balcony. Fantastic hospitals in walking distance, restaraunts, bars, Musuems,in walking distance.
Although in Westminster next to the Thames is very quiet, but within 10 mins walk your in the hustle and bustle all that central London as on offer.

We have a RTB as it's a council flat

We are looking for a council house or flat, must have RTB like ours a house with a garden would be perfect, but a flat would do. Nearer a beach would be nice.
