House swap like for like or more

I have a very spacious 2bedroom house on Oliphant street,
W10 4EE,Street Parking,
very spacious can fit a double bed in and one bedroom has a fitted wardrobe in (master bedroom).Sitting room,Dining room, Kitchen, Bathroom, Linen Cupboard, Understairs Storage room,and i have a loft.I have build't an extra space with shelter outside of the Kitchen going into garden.I have Front & Back garden...
Sitting room can be used as an extra bedroom if you choose to...
I live in a quite street walking distance from Train stations,Bus stops, Nurseries/Schools, Shops, Doctors, Park, Library.
I have bulid't cupboards in the master bedroom, sitting room, dining room.
My kitchen has recently been renewed and bathroom is in process of being renewed soon..

I am looking for either a two bedroom or three bedroom but has to be spacious in local areas eg: Kensington, Queensway/Baywaters, Nottinghill, Holland park, swiss cottage, camden and surrounding areas...might consider anything else if the house looks good...I don't mind bootom floor but has to be Spacious Houses/Flats but no blocks/estates...
