I'm swapping (selling) my bright and friendly 1 bedroom (40-50kvm) flat for likewise flat in zone 1 or 2 in London.
It's got wooden flooring and a great view of large back garden plus a front garden which there is access to.
It's located in the heart of Vesterbro close to Frederiksberg
on a quite street, 5 minutes from Raadhuspladsen, Vega, supermarket, good coffee places, parks.
The flat comes with with a double bed (if needed) and a big built in cupboard for clothes and storage.
Newer kitchen with little table for teatime and has a gas cooker, oven and micro- oven which I will leave behind.
It has washing machine, broadband internet and communal heating (warm flat;)).
