Anyone up there want to come to Yorkshire?

I would like to come to the Sth West of Scotland. My home is a 2bed. victorian terrace on the edge of town in a country setting. It has been brought up to date with an enc. garden and off street parking. New d/g laminate floors downstairs. Downstairs shower room and extended to give an en-suite bathroom and has a galleried kitchen. The bedrooms are large doubles with high ceilings, original pine doors and handles. It is valued at £140000 and I would like one of similar value or lower, either a flat, bungalow or house but must be able to accomodate a dog.
