OAP 2 BED BUNGALOW FOR YOUR 2BED BUNGALOW/HOUSE

This is a 2 bed bungalow warden assisted if required. Situated in Bletchley Bucks near to rail station and town of Bletchley and Milton Keynes centre. Near to bus stops and local shops. It is in a complex of all oap residential accomodations. It has a ramp to front door and a garden at the back for own private use that is easy to maintain and pets are allowed too. It has a level shower no bath and has one single and one double bedrooms with built in wardrobe in the double bedroom. It has further storage in the hallway. It benefits from a walk in cupboard that I use as a study but can house a single bed too for that visitor- but there are no windows in this cupboard ! The lounge looks out into the court of other oap dwellings. The floors are all laminated except for the bathroom and the kitchen where safe flooring is put down. You have to be age 60 and over to be allowed this bungalow and it is council owned.
I would like to swap for a 2 bed bungalow or if a house it has to have a wc downstairs. All areas would be considered but not too far North or in London either. Must have a garden for own private use and allow pets too.
