The room is in a 3 bedroomed house. It is furnished and has plenty of storage.The house is situated in a quiet cul de sac. It has a living room, kitchen, downstairs bathroom and dining room, that is open to all residents. It has a front and private back garden. There is digital tv and wifi available. There is a bus service 2 minutes walk away and train service 10 minutes walk. There are supermarkets and shops all within walking distance. Heartlands hospital is 10 minutes away, solihull hospital and town centre is approximately 20 minutes away. Birmingham airport is 10 minutes away and moseley village and birmingham city centre is 20 minutes away. The house is comfortable and relaxed. There are 2 other people living in the house, I am one of them. I work as a nurse at the local hospital so am not always there at night or weekends. The rent is £295 per month.
