I have a very clean comfortable double room to let in a shared house in the heart Charminster which is about 1 mile north of the town centre.
You will have 5 house mates, all of whom are very friendly and multi national. It is warm with a nice garden for when the weather is good. The rent includes all the bills including WiFi. You may pay the rent weekly or monthly and there is two weeks deposit to pay.There is a double bed, handbasin and desk for study if needed. (However this is for one person only) This is not a 'party' house and currently all tennants live normal hours and do not stay up half the nigth keeping everyone awake English or foreign students most welcome.
