Hi,
I'll start with the bad points about the house, so that your not wasteing time on something that is no good for you:
I currently rent the house - I've had a flatmate approved by the landlord so this isn't a problem for me or him, but some people do not like it.
The house has a small garden.
The house is on an unadopted road - this does count as off the road for roadtax/insurance purposes, but also means it is full of potholes, however there is a side road 2 seconds away with no houses on - most residents of the street park their cars here.
There is no tv in the house, i always choose to watch on demand internet - I could provide a tv in the main room if required, but the previous housemate bought the old tv.
There is only 1 bathroom to the property, it has a bath with a shower head however and the shower is one of the best I've ever had.
The spare bedroom is unfurnished - I could furnish this if required, but I have left it empty as most people want their own bed and such anyway.
So thats the bad points, if your still reading then this is probably the house for you. Here are the good points:
The spare room is a good size and would easilly fit a double bed and bedroom furnture.
The house has a very large living room
All other room in the house are fully furnished
There is a kitchen with an oven/washing machine - unfortunately no plumbing for a dishwasher
Kitchen is a downstairs cellar conversion, so there is plenty of room - this also functions as the dining room.
House also comes with a treadmill, I'm in the process of getting more gym equipment.
The house is in Low Moor, just off Cleckheaton Road and only 5 mins from the M62
About me:
I'm 28 male and in full time employment as a pension administrator. I love my music - I try to get to 3-4 gigs a year. I'm probably a little excentric, but once people get used to me I'm told I'm very funny. Easy going and neat and tidy. I'm single (thats not a come on, just a fact) so no need to worry about a partner always being over.
If this sounds like something you'd be interested in let me know and we can arrange to meet up and see if you like the place and if we get on.
Small pets are no problem - however I'm afraid my landlord has said no dogs.
Rent inclusive of all "fixed rate" bills (i.e council tax/water rate/broadband etc) but not of "variable rate" bills (i.e gas/electric)
