Located 10 minutes from Sainsbury’s, M&S Food, Showcase cinema and bowling. 30 minutes walk to Temple Meads, 40 minutes walk/20 minutes bike ride to city centre and Cabot Circus. Also on no. 36 bus route into city centre and short walk to no. 1 bus which goes to Cribbs. Drive way and garage available if you have a vehicle.
Living here is myself (Maz), Eliza and 3 cats (don't know how that happened) We're friendly, sociable people, who like to laugh. But we also respect peoples space. So someone relaxed and easy-going...and not too messy would be ideal.
£300 per month and then bills on top...split equally. Would suit a young professional. For short term lets (i. e 3 months or less, rent is £400 pcm inclusive of bills). Room is available from 25th January 2012.
