This is single occupancy rent.

As for the house, it's wooden floored throughout, large dining room, kitchen with full utilities, bathroom with shower, garden and street parking. Crockery, pots and pans are all here.
I can provide towels and bed linen.

The house has wireless also. NON SMOKING

Looking to attract a professional, reliable, considerate and friendly person. The house has the occasional cocktail party or a get-2-gether over dinner, it's pretty laid back really.

A cat does live here occasionally and is my responsibility.
