Hello my name is Zach and I have a double room for rent available from now or January if that is the desired tenancy start date. The flat is located on Leven street which is near Bruntsfield and Lothian road- which is a great area in central Edinburgh with many bus routes nearby which can take you to anywhere you could need to get to. The flat is also 2 minutes walk from the meadows.
The flatshare is with 3 other people, there is Charles and Leo- both 21, they study computer science, and there is also Mike who is 20 and studies Business. The room comes with a desk, chair and wardrobe and has a large window overlooking the shared garden that comes with the property.
The flat has excellent, fast broadband internet access (virgin media 30MB). The guys who will be sharing this flat are all nice, genuine individuals who are really easy to get along with- their interests include cooking, music and the wii!! I hope this information is enough, if not I will happily answer any additional queries!
