I'm looking for a house mate to live in a large terraced house on Colebrooke Road, off Aigburth Road. It's very handy for bus and train links (St Michael's / Aigburth Road) lots of shops and amenities - a really nice community area, with the added bonus of Lark Lane just up the road for great pubs and restaurants. Only 10 minutes walk down to the river too!
It's a lovely warm, safe and comfortable house with very quiet neighbours and only one other housemate (that's me - I'm Scott) and a nice friendly little cat, Arthur.
There's plenty of space - large bedrooms, lounge/diner, bathroom and kitchen and It's overlooking fields and trees to the front.
I'm asking £300 pcm, plus £150 security deposit.
Virgin broadband included but council tax and utilities extra - approx £75 per month at the moment...
Short and long term lets will be considered as will students. Smokers allowed, but on the understanding they smoke either in the yard or their bedroom, please... ta!
