1 lovely double room to rent in mile end only 3 mins walk from Mile End tube. The house is a victorian terrace with a large kitchen/ diner, nice lounge with original features, bathroom with good shower and a back yard.
After a annual move around we have a double room available and are looking for a guy to keep the balance.
Rent is £477 a month and with bills it is £526. This includes c. tax, broadband, gas and electric and water oh and tv license. The room is available at the end of the month.
Now for a little bit about us. My name is Tom and I am a visual merchandiser, Jess is in recruitment, Gil is a carpenter. We are all clean and tidy and respectful and we expect the same from our potetial housemate. We all enjoy a catch up in the kitchen after a hard days work but respect each other privacy. At weekends we are all usually doing our own thing and heading out and about.
We are looking for someone who is clean and tidy and someone who like to have a chat when around. We are aso keen cooks so if you see yourself as a dab hand in the kitchen -BONUS! We are also looking to give the place a lick of paint and get more of a homely feel together so if this is you please get in touch so we can arrange a viewing.
