Lovely Double Room (Short Term Let 12th Dec to 16th Jan)

It's a big room with a double bed, nicely decorated and furnished, wooden floors etc.

There's a bathroom which the landlady keeps clean and stocked with toilet paper.

There's also a small kitchen - you'd share this with the other tenant but you'd have your own fridge in there and there's a washing machine too.

The landlady and her partner have their own en suite bathroom, kitchen and lounge downstairs. They won't come up to your room and bother you or anything but you will see them as you go in and out.

The other tenant is a young guy working full-time. He's hardly ever here and when he is you won't even notice him.

It's literally a minute away from Dollis Hill. It's also possible to walk to Willesden Green (Zone 2) and save on the fare.

The room is available for five weeks between 12th December and 16th January while I'm away travelling. If you don't want it for the whole period I might still consider you.

I'd prefer a girl. If you're a couple or two girls wanting to share this might be possible but I'd need to speak to the landlady about it as she'll probably want a bit more money.

If you agree I'd like to keep the smaller wardrobe for storage which will leave you with the big one as well as a desk, drawers, bedside table, wall unit etc.

The rent includes council tax, all the utilities and broadband internet. No deposit is required but I'd prefer it if you paid the full amount up front.
