The Flat
The maisonette is located on a private road. This fully central heated, recently refurbished flat has laminated floors, and shared kitchen amenities including mod coms; washing machine, fridge/freezer gas hob, built in wall oven and microwave. It has a bathroom and separate toilet, Wi-Fi and its own private garden (currently under construction).
Electricity and Gas are by pre-payment meter and will be shared amongst all flatmates. Approximately £20-25 per month each.
You need to be in employment and provide references and 6 months bank statements showing full salary.
