2 Dbl bdrm house to share, near trainstatn (mainlne to LDN)

Hello, I am looking for a responsible, clean, trustworthy, and easy going roommate to share a two dbl-bedroom house. Situated on a quiet street, and great location. You'll benefit from a nice back garden, 5 min. walk to the Luton train station, and 5 min walk to the center of town. The rent amount is inclusive of bills (electric, water, gas, Virgin Media- internet, phone, TV) and council tax. I own a small dog, so I would ask that preferably there be no other pets. Looking for someone who wants to move in the begining of November (400 pound deposit with rent paid on arrival).

A bit about me- I am originally from the U. S. and I have been in England for the past two years. I just finished my MBA degree at the University of Hertfordshire. I'm a really easy person to get along with, like going out for drinks and having a good time, and then also can be quite serious at times when it comes to my career. I am quite clean, and hope that the person that moves in will be the same.
