We have 2 double rooms and one single room available in Levenshulme in Barlow road, in a nice and quiet residential area close to levenshulme library and swimming pool. Its a terraced house on a quiet cul-de-sac. Just 2 mins walk to stockport road, close to all shops, pubs, hospitals and universities. Buses every 4 mins to piccadilly. the nearbye gym within 2 mins walking distance has got pool, sauna, gym and work classes all for a monthly membership of 18 pounds with no contract.
House has 3 spacious double rooms and one single room fully furnished with a good table and chair for students. At the moment we are 2 friendly and lively professionals living there. we are looking for 2 more friendly and socializing matured students or professionals. Flexible with the rooms. The house is fully carpeted, wall papered, double glazing, and has got a new energy efficient combi boiler. We are looking for 250 for double and 200 for single, fully furnished and carpeted. Not looking for too high rent at this difficult time. Bills extra which include gas, electricity , 24 hrs unlimited high speed internet, and water rates, to be shared between inmates. We try to keep it low by sharing between 4 of us. or 320 for double and 260 for single. All bills included with it. Dont pay anything extra.
Further, the house has got a nice good clean kitchen, with all modern equipments, from toaster, coffeemaker, to fridge, washing machine and oven. The toilet is quite spacious n clean with an electric shower. Also it has got a lounge / Dining / Socialising area.
What we looking for is 2 good friendly house mates girls or boys. We dont want to keep the no of inmates not more than 4/5. with each room for an individual. Also wants to keep the lounge for socializing or for a few drinks every now and then.
