Hi,
I am a single female, 26 and have a room available to rent.
The room is currently unfurnished but if you have furniture you can have the first week rent free, otherwise it will be available within the week.
The rent is inclusive of all bills, council tax, gas, electric, water, tv license, unlimited internet, free national calls and the full sky TV package. Also if you wanted sky TV in your room we can arrange that for an extra cost.
I have a 19 week old puppy so you must like animals, I'm totally easy going, open minded, am not fussed about age, gender, just want someone that is easy to get along with and likes to have a laugh. Also I do smoke.
The house is actually a 4bed house so there's tons of extra space, there's a living room, kitchen, dining room (which I'm thinking of turning into a little gym) off road parking, a fair size back garden, I'd say good for bbq's but more likely building snowmen now! Also a shed out back too.
The neighbours are all nice, mainly families round here so quite quiet but they haven't complained when I've had to many vodkas and spent the night dancing round the living room so it's all good!
Deposit is negotiable.
