We are looking for a Brookes Student to join our house. We are 3 Brookes students (2 males - 1 female). We have one double room available immediately. It locates on the ground floor, which is near a toilet, living room and well equipped kitchen (including washing machine and clothes dryer). In addition, in the living room, we have Gym equipment and at the back yard, there is a basketball system. We are friendly and we all welcome who is willing to study rather than party. Rent: £420 per calender month include all bills (fast internet, electricity, water and gas). Deposit a month in advance. Minimum rent until September 2012. Our house stays in Gipsy lane. It takes 2 minutes to Brookes uni (Headington campus), 5 minutes to bus stop (8,U1,U5), 1 minute to Bus 4.
