I have 1 double room in a shared house in sharpley road. It is ideally located close to the engineering department, just 2 min walk away.
Current tenants are post grads / post docs.
The room is available from now for a contract between 2 months or until the end of June 2012 to suit the tenant. The house can be re-let for the following academic year.
The rent is £65 / week + all fixed bills @ £3.50 / week (this includes all water rates, wireless and hardwired virgin broadband and all standing charges for energy bills) + a share of variable energy usage (gas and electric units) split between all the current tenants, estimated at around £2 / week depending on usage.
