2 star holiday chalet near Bude, Cornwall to let

A lovely, privately owned holiday chalet quietly nestled within of the beautifully landscaped gardens of Penstowe Manor Holiday Park. 17 The Glade has its own private balcony and side patio / outdoor eating area with picnic bench. This chalet has recently been refurbished and is kept to a high standard, meeting the Bude Tourist Board’s strict policy of quality and cleanliness. We are registered and approved by them and have been awarded a 2 star rating.

The property has two bedrooms, one double and one twin and there is also a comfortable sofabed in the living room. The beds are new with quality mattresses. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric cooker and microwave and all utensils for full family meals. (Two restaurants are on site and the nearby pubs of Kilkhampton, a 5 min walk away, provide good food). The living area has a colour TV/DVD player and a comfortable seating area.

On site is a sports and fitness club, indoor and outdoor heated pools with sunbathing terraces, children’s play area and holiday clubs and extensive evening entertainment held within the manor building.

The chalet is perfectly located for visiting Bude which offers something for everyone: two family friendly beaches with golden sands; lots of surf for the sporty minded; circular walks around the town taking in normally unseen parts; access to coastal paths; pubs, restaurants and cafes; browsing in one of Bude’s many interesting shops.
The chalet is also perfect for exploring the stunning north Cornwall coastline. Just a few miles south takes you to Widemouth Bay, perfect for taking surfing lessons or further on to Boscastle then on to Tintagel. The north route takes you to Clovelly, with its steepest lane in the UK.

Whatever you decide to do with your time, be it stay in and relax by the pools or exploring the sights and beaches of Cornwall, 17 The Glade is certain to be the ideal holiday location for you.

The chalet has economy 7 electric wall heaters which keeps you warm during the cooler nights of the low season. Prices are very competitive and include all electricity, avoiding the nuisance of constantly having to feed a coin meter. Bed lined can be hired and made up for your arrival at a small extra cost. Our prices are very competitive, booking with the owners directly saves you hundreds of pounds (high season especially).
