For 2012 Roan Cottage has been substationally re-decorated to a very high standard and has been assessed from 3 star to 4 star.
New kitchen with gas hob electric double oven, bathroom decorated with marble floor and wall tiles incorporating a jacuzzi bath, en suite decorated with marble floor and wall tiles, decorated throughout inside and out and wi fi access...just to mention a few changes.
Roan Cottage is cosy, yet individual and spacious lovely holiday cottage situated on the South Western tip of the Isle of Mull in an elevated position, with views of the Burg and amdist some beautiful, unspoilt scenery. An excellent place to be to explore the wonders of the Isle of Mull.
The cottage enjoys a peaceful location which is under 1 mile from the village of Bunessan with Fionnphort just 4 miles away, where you can catch the ferry to visit the world famous Abbey on Iona, visit Staffa with magnificent caves and Puffins or the Treshnish Islands.
