Self-catering holiday chalet in the beautiful location of Caswell Bay. The beach and chalet are on Gower, near Mumbles and Swansea in South West Wales. The chalet is one of select few with views across Bishop's Wood Nature Reserve.
The holiday chalet comprises a lounge/diner with bed sofa, flat screen TV, dining table and chairs and panoramic views over to the park and woods. The kitchen is modern and fully fitted with electric cooker with 4 hobs, fridge with small freezeer compartment, microwave, toaster, kettle, etc. Bedroom 1 is a double with bedside table and clothes hanging space. Bedroom 2 has two bunk beds with bedside table, Video player and clothes hanging space. The chalet has wooden floors throughout except for the fully fitted tiled bathroom which has a shower cubile, toilet, wash basin, towel rail and mirrors. Outside the chalet has a rear area with storage unit and rotary clothes airer. To the front is a balcony overlooking the park and woods.
It is a short walk or ride to Langland Bay golf club, a 5 minute drive to Mumbles seafront and short walk to the beach and shops at Caswell Bay. Anywhere on Gower is within easy reach making our chalet ideal for your family beach holiday, a base for touring or walking and for a short stay break.
If required temporary membership of Mumbles Motor Boat and Fishing Club is available for approx. £12 and sea fishing trips on the Club boat Oystercat.
Prices per 7 nights: Low season £210. Mid season £280. High season £300. Peak season £420.As the chalet is privacy for 4 the price includes beddignfor both bedrooms and electric costs. Bedding for the sofa bed can be hired at extra cost. minimum let 2 nights.
