Plot Of Regulated Land For Sale In Bulgaria

I have for sale a plot of land 1010sq mts in a village called Polski Isvor which is only 10 km from Burgas and only 15 mins drive to Burgas airport and another 40 minutes drive to the beautiful resort of Sunny Beach. The plot comes with water and electricity also Architect plans for a 200sq mtr three bedroom two bathroom house. In Bulgaria it is law that any foriegner buying land must first open a LTD company and buy land in the company name. I will transfer my company to the buyer of the land, but the lawyer and notary fees must be paid by the buyer, you will find this much cheaper than having to open your own company.
