These studios are the first creative hub in Ipswich and present an ideal opportunity for creative people to rent affordable studio and serviced office space. The studio/offices offer access to the University facilities including specialist facilities and the library. It will host a varied schedule of seminars, showcases and exhibitions in which all members will be invited to participate. The studios are located alongside Ipswich marina a short walk from the town centre and railway station. They are situated on the second floor of the west building which is on the north side of the campus and offer views across Ipswich. The railway station provides a fast service to London and the nearby A12 and A14 provide links to London and the Midlands. The Waterfront at Ipswich has recently undergone a regeneration programme and has now become a tourist attraction. It offers both caf? lifestyle and business opportunities and houses the new University and Dance East.
