The low cost, all inclusive terms include rent, business rates, water, lighting, heating, building insurance, maintenance, kitchen area, toilet facilities, the cleaning of all common areas, car parking facilities and VAT at current rates (rate quoted is per calendar month, discounts are available for longer terms).
All offices are connected to both the BT and/or Torch Cable Networks and therefore telephone charges are the only additional cost.
In addition, we offer bureau services which are charged according to usage.
Access to the building is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The premises are protected by our Shorrock “Red Care” alarm system and CCTV, which is monitored throughout the hours that the site office is closed. We have a number of different sized offices available, please ontact us for availability and further details.
In addition to the offices, we have available on site, should they be required at any time, high security storage rooms, all of which are of varying sizes ranging from 15 sq.ft to 500 sq.ft. Also there are Workshops and Larger Storage Units ranging from 500 sq.ft. to 2,700 sq.ft.
Metro House occupies a prominent position on Pepper Road, and lies approximately 3 miles to the South of Leeds City Centre. Access to the M621 Motorway is available within ½ mile therefore facilitating easy access to the M1 and M62 Motorways
