Desks available in Farrindon studio/office

We have six empty desks in our lovely studio, and we're looking for some lovely people to fill them.

The place: EC1 Studio – it's on St John Street; a stone's throw from Farringdon and Barbican stations and lots of pubs, cafes and sarny shops.
It's roomy, flooded with natural light and is full of funky pictures, books, flowery wallpaper and all sorts of other strange things. There's a meeting room, toasty warm heaters, air con, mens and ladies WCs, a passenger lift, intercom entry and a big Smeg fridge in the kitchen area for your smoothies – how cool are we?

The people: Already here are two friendly, chilled-out design agencies – one print, and one web based – who make lots of cool web sites and stuff, and have a jolly old time doing it; a perfect harmony of happiness and creativity.

The stuff you get: On top of the great studio space to work in, and the lovely people to work with you'll also get: a desk, a chair, a drawer unit and space for all your work type stuff. Ethernet broadband connection and wireless, use of a black and white laser printer and 24hr access. Heating, electricity, water and business rates are all thrown in, so no need to worry about those, plus you can use the meeting room and kitchen area whenever you like too.

How much it costs: It's hard to put a price on all that we know, but our rates and terms are flexible. Desks are £300 pcm each, and we're happy to do a deal on multiple desks.
