This centre provides over 100 small business units, accommodated in a dramatic contemporary building designed by Hopkins Architects, on a landscaped site at the entrance to Butterfield Technology Park. It has been developed by Luton Borough Council with funds provided by East of England Development Agency and ERDF, to promote the growth of small businesses and innovation based start-up businesses in Luton. The units are let on a unique two-week easy-in/easy-out licence agreement, which means you can stay as long as you pay our affordable fully inclusive licence fee, but move out with just two weeks' notice. This allows you to relocate within the centre, if your requirements change, or move elsewhere easily. This centre is located at Butterfield Technology Park, to the north east of Luton Town Centre, on the A505 Hitchin Road. It is easily accessible both from the A1 to the east, and M1 to the west, and there is a good range of local amenities serving the site.
