A limited number of desks are available in a shared office environment, either as single desks or in multiple pods of 4 or 5 desks per pod, each with locking draws.
Monthly charge per desk £130 + VAT, which includes rent, rates, electric, wireless Internet access, cleaning of communal areas, (tenants are responsible for keeping their own desk areas tidy).
Those tenants wishing to have a fixed telephone access point will be responsible for paying a proportionate line rental and their own itemised phone bill.
