3000 SQFT SELF-CONTAINED REQUIREMENTS ONLY:
The Lodge is part of Arrow Mill, an Edwardian cotton mill which was built by R and T Howarth, and used for its original purpose within the textile industry right up until the late 1990s.
The Lodge itself is a self-contained building, separate to the main mill, with its own entrance and facilities. It covers a total of 3,163 sq ft, over two floors (1,614 sq ft on the ground floor and 1,549 sq ft on the first floor). The ground floor currently houses 5 offices plus the Board Room and on the first floor there are currently 8 separate offices; there is also a kitchen area and toilets.
The original oak pannelled Board Room, housed on the ground floor, is one of many Edwardian features still apparent within the building.
Outside the building there is ample free, off-road parking. The site is covered by an extensive CCTV security system, as well as having the benefit of manned security services when the site is closed.
