I'm the tenant of this property and looking to move to North London to improve my new commute.

I have found this flat to be fantastic for commuting to City Thameslink and London Bridge because it is a 5 minute walk from Shortlands Station.

Inside the flat you will find a shiny new kitchen with a tall fridge freezer, washing machine, washer / dryer.

The bathrooom is all new which contains an over the bath shower (it is pretty good most of the time although can be fiddly to get to the perfect temperature).

We've never had any trouble or noise in the neighbourhood, and we found the local parks to be a nice walk.

Also, this property has central heating and double-glazed windows.
