Any location considered, Hampshire, Surrey, Berkshire, West Sussex, Swindon area etc., even rural, outskirts.
Very much interested in a spacious flat above a shop (no take-away) that is located on the outskirts of a town or village
or on a quiet street between two towns or villages.
But flat needs to have access to high speed broadband DSL, be unfurnished, have a bath tub and central heating and be in a safe area.
I am a professional and reliable female, non-smoker, without children, self-employed and looking for a long-term, i.e. ongoing tenancy agreement for many years to come.
