I am a 30 year old male looking for a 1 or 2 bedroom property in the Dudley area, I ideally need a low move in cost due to it being Christmas and money is rather tight.
I am responsible and mature and take care of properties that I rent out.
I am in desperate need of a place as I have been given notice on my current property as the landlord is moving back to England from travelling.
