Hi we are a couple in our 30s who have relocated to pontefract,we are both in work and have a bond and job references if needed, we also have a older cat called Billy he is well trained and no trouble.We are looking for a long term let of a 2/3 bed house /flat/bungalow with a garage or rear garden and rear or side access if possible, gas central heating, and in good order throughout, and within a max 10 mile radius of ponterfract, we have a figure of around £450 to £500 pcm but if it is exeptional then maybe can stretch a little bit more.
