The group was originally formed in 2007 to oversee and manage all our UK & overseas business activities and our diverse property portfolio
QB Group has its headquarters in Old Street, London; The Group undertakes residential, commercial and mixed use developments in rural and urban locations primarily in London and the South East, but increasingly in the South West, Midlands and North of England.
We buy and sell UK & overseas land/property and deliver added value by flexible, creative and careful design development and proactive management of the planning consent process. We then undertake the construction either ourselves, or via independent contractors and then sell or lease out the completed developments. All developments are undertaken with a strong emphasis on risk control and mitigation.
