im looking for a 2-3 bedroom house or bungalow to let preferably in the aberdare area but any area considered.im married with 2 young children aged 10 and 8.ive been out of work for about 6 months so i will be claiming housing benefit until i find work.i am hoping to find a landlord that would accept me to pay the deposit/bond by installments on top of the rent each month until paid.im hoping to move as soon as possible due to the damp in my current house is badly affecting my daughters asthma.
